New York's Tarrytown opened 12 stalls on the Hudson corridor, while Virginia's Richmond added 8 stalls on N Arthur Ashe Blvd. Oak Grove, Missouri came online with 8 stalls on the I-70 route, and Prosser, Washington added 8 stalls along I-82.
