Tesla opened 14 Supercharger stations across the US and Europe between May 11 and May 18, with Nevada's mega-site in Jean and a major French expansion at Mâcon leading the week.
United States — 8 Stations
Nevada delivered the standout opening of the week with a massive 64-stall site in Jean along I-15 between Las Vegas and the California border. Kentucky's long-anticipated Florence station came online with 28 stalls on Houston Rd, dramatically boosting capacity near the Cincinnati metro. North Carolina opened a 20-stall location in Oxford on the I-85 corridor, while Texas added two coastal stations — 16 stalls in Spring on Cypresswood Dr north of Houston, and 16 stalls in Corpus Christi on S Padre Island Dr. Wisconsin Dells joined the network with 12 stalls, perfectly placed for Midwest summer travelers, and Timonium, Maryland came online with 12 stalls on the Baltimore corridor. Third-party operator EVIO rounded things out with an 8-stall site in Nanuet, New York, continuing the growth of the Supercharger for Business program.
France — 4 Stations
France led European expansion this week with four openings. Mâcon went live with a major 32-stall station on the A6 between Lyon and Dijon, a critical Burgundy corridor stop. Aulnay-sous-Bois added 16 stalls just north of Paris, strengthening Île-de-France coverage. The Provence-Côte d'Azur region gained two coastal sites: Saint-Raphaël opened 8 stalls along the Mediterranean, while Sisteron added 16 stalls at the Val de Durance aire on the A51 between Aix-en-Provence and the Alps.
United Kingdom — 2 Stations
The UK saw two new sites. Charnock Richard came online with 8 stalls on the M6 southbound service area in Lancashire, filling a key gap on the north-south corridor. Third-party operator EV OTM also launched a 4-stall location in Wyberton, Lincolnshire, expanding eastern England coverage.
With 14 new openings this week, network growth keeps a steady pace as peak summer travel approaches. Stay up to date on every new Supercharger opening — and filter by country, power output, and availability — with the Supercharger for Tesla app, available for all EV brands on iOS and Android.
